Main to behta pani hoon, jis rang chaho us rang rang jani hoon
Chahe giru aasman se, chahe bahu jharno me
aakhir to main behta pani hoon..

Roko na tum mujhko, behne do apni masti me
isi bahaav ki main bas rani hoon
aakhir to main behta pani hoon..

Rukna mera hai namumkin, bas behna mera karm
jo kabhi khatm na ho, main aisi ek kahani hoon
aakhir to main behta pani hoon..

Kabhi behta lahu, kabhi girta paseena
kabhi aankhon ki hairani hoon

I feel like a Butterfly!

My heart flutters, I feel like a butterfly just born;
Every moment now, I look for a flower to sit on..


I know I better be quick and gather, a lot of my food a lot of my nectar;
I am not given much time, I am asked to be quicker
I have to live each moment, my life is just a flicker..


I need to kiss, I need to fly, I need to love, I need to beautify;
For this is why I am born, I exist this is why..


I better use up each second of my existence, 
I better grab every moment that is passing by;
I better fulfill my destiny, before I succumb, before I die..

There lives a little girl inside me, who just wants to let be; she longs to run wild and free, if only the world could see..

Love for her is like wild fire, she never sees the consequences dire; her love is like a flowing river, she does not put on a false attire..

Letting go for her is not easy, it shatters her into a million pieces; her whole existence is questioned, the kid inside her ceases..

There is a dead child, inside every human I encounter; wanting to re-live, asking 'why cant you let me be, why cant I live free?
